Our Board of Directors

Mass Deportation Defense is guided by a founding Board of Directors that unites elite litigators, retired federal and state judges, accomplished business leaders, and community members with lived experience. Together, they stand behind MDD’s threefold mission: to challenge unconstitutional government policies targeting immigrants, to represent individual immigrants facing detention or deportation, and to pursue tort claims for damages on behalf of immigrants harmed by unlawful government action.

All board members serve in their individual capacities and do not represent the organizations with which they are affiliated.
